We went to IBIZA to join you all at IFS 2024 and we wouldn't have missed it!

We did not go clubbing, saving our energy for Coach Mike Chadwick's morning workouts instead, but we had the best time seeing lots of familiar and new faces and hearing many of the brilliant talks from fitness industry leaders and newcomers.

Who was our favourite? We couldn't say but we'll be back for more of the same in 2025 please.
