Pro Featherweight Boxer Jordan Gill takes to the ring as he challenges Yesner Talavera tonight in Florence, as part of tonight’s Orlando Fiordigiglio versus Sam Eggington Matchroom Boxing fight card.
This will be Jordan ‘The Thrill’ Gill's first fight since losing his unbeaten record to Enrique Tinoco, having suffered from illness.
So how has Jordan been preparing for the fight?
“Everyone’s going to see a big performance from me, and the little things I have been working on are working in the gym - So it’s about taking this into consideration on fight night and making sure that I’m fit, and healthy, and strong and putting on a good performance”
Jordan talks us through his typical fitness regime and how it compares to the week before a fight.
“I’m looking forward to my next fight where I can show how much I’ve improved and how much I’ve got better”
In his interview, Gill also provides insight into his relationship with Dave Coldwell and how he compares, both physically and mental, having been taken on by the renowned Head Coach, who has managed prominent Boxers including Tony Bellew and Jamie McDonnell.
