Jordan Fitness has recently launched a brand new website dedicated to their new Results Based Training (RBT) system.
Results Based Training (RBT) combines Jordan Fitness’ high quality functional fitness equipment and industry leading education programme, via the Jordan Training Academy. Using the eight point RBT system, Jordan Fitness can guide customers through the three key stages of managing a clubs membership process. Helping facilities to “evaluate” the look and feel of the gym through using the right equipment and layout, “enhance” the customer experience through in-club imagery and promotional materials, and “engage” staff and users by addressing training needs through REPs accredited courses.
To stay on the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs), fitness instructors and personal trainers have a requirement to achieve between 16-24 Continued Professional Development (CPD) credits. Through the new online platform, Jordan Fitness offers a large range of online workshops on a variety of functional fitness training techniques, which act as a great stepping-stone towards full certification and provide the credits required for REPs.
For digital workshops, delegates will have access to download course materials and videos that they can study in their own time. Prices for the digital courses start from just £60 and accreditation ranges from 6 CPD credits to 16, depending on the course.
“We are delighted to introduce the new RBT website and programme. The RBT process will help clubs and staff maximise their potential profits and achieve their training goals. It will also provide low cost, REPS accredited, fitness courses and workshops that can be completed out of work time, minimising the disruption to classes” says Mark Laws, Training Academy Manager at Jordan Fitness.
The RBT system is certainly not limited to digital education; it also provides face-to-face learning through national workshops and seminars delivered by a team of specialist trainers.
Neil Jordan, Managing Director at Jordan Fitness, says “We understand the importance of delivering face-to-face training to aid learning, and the introduction of our digital education is to provide an added value service to our customers. RBT will help to keep costs down, maximise return on investment and minimise disruptions to their busy schedules. Our structured, face-to-face courses will continue to be available through our fantastic network of trainers”.
