3 Leisure Centres in Conwy has recently launched Bodypump™ sessions featuring Jordan Studio Barbells.

Jordan Fitness provided the facility with 150 Studio Barbell Sets ready for Colwyn Leisure Centre’s launch on June 1^st.

The Jordan Classic Rubber Studio Barbells are perfect for group classes due to their anti-roll design, easy weight identification and versatility. Many sets are known to focus on the female user but with weights from 1.25kg – 10kg men are also catered for.

The Bodypump workout features low weights at high repetitions to build lean muscle and higher bone density. Classes are now open at Colwyn Leisure Centre, Abergele Leisure Centre & Llandudno Junction Leisure centre.
