Where HEGREN Pilates Meets Movement, Strength & Recovery

Opened over the August Bank Holiday weekend in 2025, this studio has quickly become one of West Norfolk’s most exciting new destinations for intelligent movement and wellbeing. Combining elite sports expertise with a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere.

The studio is built around three core pillars: Movement, Strength and Recovery. This philosophy guided the design of their space—an elegant, light-filled Pilates studio paired with a performance-driven gym area and their in-house injury clinic.

HEGREN Pilates at the Heart of the Studio

To deliver a premium Pilates experience, the team chose HEGREN Pilates reformers, each paired with coordinating accessories. These reformers are known for their exceptional smoothness, durability and refined aesthetic, blending beautifully with the studio’s curved mirrors, warm wood flooring and calming, modern design.

The result? A setting that feels both elevated and accessible, helping clients of all levels—from beginners to professional athletes—feel confident as they learn, move and progress.

A Complete Strength + Rehab Offering

To complement their Pilates offering, Folláine installed a JORDAN Power Rack and Dual Adjustable Pulley (DAP). This equipment expands their programming to include:

  • Strength & conditioning

  • 1-2-1 personal training

  • Athlete development

  • Post-injury rehabilitation

The setup allows seamless progression from physio treatment to structured training—helping clients build resilience, prevent future injuries and move better in everyday life.
